Find out what you could be saving at your house....

"Adelaide Eco Homes" is proud to be a partner in the Australian Government's Green Loans Program. We provide FREE Home Sustainability Assessments that show householders how to reduce energy bills, water bills and greenhouse gas emissions.

The program is designed to help Australians understand what they can do to reduce their impact on the environment through simple changes in their homes, whether they be renters or home owners.

To assist with this a qualified Home Sustainablitiy Assessor is available to visit your home and offer tailored recommendations to help you move in the right direction. These assessments are valued at over $200, but we can offer this service at no charge to you as they are funded by the Australian Government. You may also be able to access an interest free Green Loan for recommended improvements.

What is a Green Loan

It is an Australian Government initiative to help Australians tackle climate change. The Green Loans Program assists Australian families to install solar, water saving, and energy efficient products.

The Green Loans Program provides:
1. Detailed, quality Home Sustainability Assessments; and
2. Access to Green Loans of up to $10,000, that are interest free for up to a maximum of four years, to make the changes recommended in the assessment.

About the subsidy

Many households who take up a Home Sustainability Assessment may be interested in taking out a loan to undertake the home improvements suggested in the assessment report.

There are three easy steps to get your free Home Sustainability Assessment and Green Loan.
Step 1 - Register for a home sustainability assessment

At no cost, a qualified home sustainability assessor will visit your home, investigate your energy and water use and establish actions that can help you save energy and water

Options to purchase energy and water saving devices; and
Practical information to help you get started.
